7-Day Easy Returns
You can return any piece within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original packaging with all tags intact.
How to Return
Contact support@sylvoraluxe.com or WhatsApp us at +91 83180 70973 with your order number. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes quality check. Prepaid orders are refunded to the source; COD orders are refunded via bank transfer.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalised/engraved items, earrings (hygiene reasons) and any item damaged by misuse.
